Stayed for 2 nights with my wife. Beds ended up cozy and the room was constantly pretty clean. The staff were being pretty useful and welcoming and constantly made us feel welcome. Rooms are big along with the closet. Bathroom was also very pretty clean and also the shower was good. Not a super social hotel at least during our stay.

This hotel was truly centrally located and the staff members on the reception were available at every time. The beds had been comfortable and the people in the hotel ended up normally respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was ok.The air-con was on and off, leave it like that in the end. Assuming that you are visiting Lucca you have to reserve at San Luca Palace. The hotel looks like it´s renovated and the guest rooms are pretty nice. The atmosphere was nice and cozy.
